My practice operates out-of-network to provide you with the highest quality, personalized care possible. This approach offers several important advantages:

Freedom in Your Treatment Working outside insurance constraints means we're not limited by session caps or arbitrary timelines. We can take the time needed to truly address what brings you to therapy, incorporating specialized approaches like intensive format therapy that insurance may not adequately cover.

Your Privacy, Protected Out-of-network care means no treatment details in insurance databases—just enhanced confidentiality between you and me.

Treatment Driven by Your Goals Our work focuses entirely on what matters to you, not what an insurance company deems "medically necessary." This means we can address personal growth, relationship patterns, and life transitions, not just symptom management.

Making It Affordable Many clients successfully use their out-of-network benefits to offset costs, and the actual investment is often more accessible than expected. For example, with a $210 session fee and 70% reimbursement, your out-of-pocket cost would be $63 per session. Most insurance companies reimburse within 2-4 weeks.

I provide detailed superbills after each session and offer complimentary guidance throughout the reimbursement process. Most clients receive 50-80% reimbursement from their insurance company.

For clients without out-of-network benefits or those experiencing financial hardship, I maintain a limited number of reduced-fee slots on a case-by-case basis.
